Ashley and Adrienne had a friend over tonite and they opted to stay up (which they would have been up normally anyway) and view the eclipse! I was so tired and went to bed before it began. Jim did too, unfortuantely, since he informed me the next morning, that he had never seen/watched an eclipse in his life (he's almost 40). I was very surprised at that and disappointed that he didn't tell me or the girls sooner, so that they could have awakened him at the time of its "show". Anyway, Ashley took the camera out and got some photos...Jim enjoyed seeing those and thought it was amazing and wished he had seen it in real time...bummer! Now he will just have to wait until 2010 for the next one!
